Our 25 Hour Online Meditation Teacher Training, certified by Yoga Alliance, is where we have the honour of not only passing on a selected range of the profound meditation techniques that we have been practicing for years, but also the teaching tools and techniques that we use to effectively and confidently guide our clients and students.
Meditation has been a fundamental part of both our personal practice as well as the tools that we pass on to our clients and students. We have both discovered that the deeper we’ve dived into our own spiritual and personal journey, the more we’ve stripped back, but meditation always remains as our foundation and most valued tool.
Rachel and I not only want to help you to deepen your own practice, but to ensure you understand the fundamentals of the ancient wisdoms, and to put them into context of our modern climate so that they’re relevant to both new and experienced meditators.
Like our Breath Coach Training and Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training, we’ve included our bonus business module to help you gather new or more clients. This module is helpful for both new and established wellness entrepreneurs who are keen to increase their client base and sharpen their marketing tools.
This online 25 Hour training can be completed in as little as 3 weeks, or stretched out over 6 months. You will be guided through a step-by-step process for each meditation technique as well as developing your teaching skills with consistent teaching practice throughout the training. The impact that the tools and techniques will have on you will deepen with regular practice over time, giving you the direct experience and insight to further guide your clients and students.
We are offering weekly live group Q&As for the first 3 weeks of our launch of this new training, after which we will offer monthly Q&As which are open to everyone taking the course or who have already completed it but want to gain additional support as their teaching progresses, as well as weekly support in the private Meditation Teacher Training Facebook Group.

This course is designed so that you can work through the lectures, meditation practices and teaching practice at your own pace. You can complete the training in as little as 3 weeks or take up to 6 months if you’d like to take your time and fit it around your work and home life.
As with any of the ancient methods and wisdoms, the more you practice meditation, the deeper the experience will be. This meditation training will encourage and empower you to take what you’ve learnt and experienced in the course and integrate into your life so that the tools remain with you for the rest of your life.
As well as the lectures on different aspects of meditation, each module will guide you specific meditations to practice at home, as well as exercises to start teaching others from the word go. If you haven’t taught meditation (or anything!) before, don’t worry. We give you fundamental and comprehensive teaching tools that you build on throughout the course, so that you feel confident and excited to teach.
Some people may be joining this training because they want to deepen their own practice and become a confident meditation teacher. Others will be new to meditation and will be joining to understand more about meditation and to start integrating into their lives.
Whatever the reason, this training is as much of a personal journey and integration, as it is a training to learn how to teach and guide others.

SUPPORT AND HOW OUR SELF-STUDY COURSE WORKS...
An online self-study course means that you can start the course as soon as you sign up (note, access will be given from our launch date of 17th November 2021 for those who sign up before the 17th) and work through the content at your own pace. You have a maximum of 6 months to complete the training if you’re looking to become certified at the end. The course can be completed in a minimum of 3 weeks.
This training is perfect for you if you want the flexibility of a self-study course while also having access to personalised support from Rachel and Lucy as you progress through the training. The course content is a mix of pre-recorded lectures, guided meditation practices, self reflection and practical teaching practice.
Live Q&As Rachel and Lucy;
As a special launch offering, Rachel and/or Lucy will be offering Weekly Live Group Q&As for 3 weeks from the 17th November to 8th December. Anyone from the course can join the Q&As to ask questions about the course, share their experience, or simply listen in to learn from other’s questions.
After 8th December these live group Q&As will become monthly so that anyone who joins after the 8th December will still receive direct support from Rachel and Lucy.
Private 25 Hour Meditation Training Facebook Group;
As soon as you sign up to the course you will be given access to our private course Facebook Group. This is where you can instantly share your experience, ask any questions and connect with your fellow meditators. Rachel and Lucy will answer your questions and offer weekly support in the group. Our community of students are a mix of new meditators and experienced coaches and healers, so you will also find support and encouragement from course alumni.
Hi, I’m Lucy!
I first learned about meditation in 2013, during my initial 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Through my experience of adrenal fatigue and my growing curiosity to understand the mind, spirituality and my true self meditation soon became more important to me a year later and a fundamental part of my practice.
Through exploring different techniques - including Mantra, hypnotherapy and manifestation I was eventually introduced to Mooji and Rupert Spira, who have become my biggest teachers in non-duality and the direct path of knowing myself. Or, as Rupert Spira says “Knowing yourself clearly”.
I’m thrilled to be passing on these teachings with Rachel and supporting more students to deepen and explore their own meditation path, as well as confidently pass on the tools to others.
Hi, I'm Rachel!
13 years ago my partner at the time tried to ‘make me meditate’ (I was experiencing anxiety and mild depression and was at a huge turning point in my life), deep down I knew there was something in this thing called meditation but I also knew instinctively that trying to force someone to meditate was not the way (or even remotely possible)!
It took me until after my first Yoga Teacher Training a couple of years later to see meditation as a practice in its own right.
Fast forward to today and my meditation practice is as regular as going to bed at night! And the benefits have been profound.
Over the years I have explored many styles of meditation from mantra to visualisation, from loving kindness to movement meditation.
My desire is for you to experience the benefits of a committee daily practice and to experience a range of practices that will allow you to not only respond to your present moment experience and needs, but to also share these gifts with your students too.

We give you the tools to introduce meditation to complete beginnings in a relevant and accessible way, as well as feeling confident to guide and hold space for experienced individuals and/or mixed groups.

A minimum of 25 hours of combined practice and study is required to complete this course. The shortest amount of time you can complete this is 3 weeks, but you can take up to 6 months to complete if you want/need to take your time.
Throughout the course you are required to incorporate a daily personal meditation practice which is about 20 minutes, daily reflective journaling and regular teaching practice. You will use Toggl to track your self-practice and teaching practice, as these hours count towards your 25 hour certificate.
At the end of the course you'll be asked to submit 2 video demonstration videos, along with a short quiz. Don't worry, by the end of the course you will have had so much practice that this will be easy peasy!
It is important to make clear that neither Rachel Fearnley or Lucy Foster-Perkins are doctors and are not qualified to diagnose specific physical or mental health ailments. If you are concerned about whether you are eligible to take this course due to health concerns then we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before buying and taking part in the course. Rachel and Lucy can not give refunds after the course has been bought due to health issues, though the course can be passed on to a friend or family member. This course is open to everyone though additional support may be suggested if Lucy and/or Rachel feel it would be helpful or necessary for the student.
