This training is for those who want to dive deeper into the subtle practice of Yin Yoga for their own practice and to become a certified Yin Yoga teacher.
During the training you’ll be guided through reflective Yin Yoga, meditation and gentle breathwork practices to help you truly embody and have more “yin” in your life.
Whether you’re looking to teach others after the training or not, this training guides you to experience the effects of the practices first to empower you to speak from your own personal experience.

Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissue - fascia - and the meridians that run through it (based on 5 element and meridian theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine). The work can be subtle, but the effects , in our experience, are profound - not only for your body but more so for your mind and overall health.
We invite you to take this journey with us. With a common goal and love of sharing these practices, we have created this training to serve you from the inside out. We look forward to seeing you there.

- Alifah, In Person Yin Yoga TTC 2019
Lucy’s journey to Yin (Yin as a yoga practice and Yin as a concept) started after she experienced adrenal fatigue in 2014. Her journey from studying and practicing the more subtle practices of mindfulness, meditation, facial release and meridian-based Yin Yoga lead her back to health and offered a more intimate relationship with her body and energy.
With the increase of exhaustion in modern culture Lucy enjoys passing on the teachings she has received on Traditional Chinese Medicine Element Theory, the subtle practices of Yin Yoga and healing methods of Ayurveda to empower others to find their own journey towards balance.
Lucy also teaches Breathwork, Hatha, Meditation and Ayurvedic principles. As an ex-professional dancer Lucy has a solid understanding of the body, how it moves and the subtle art of listening to the messages it offers us.
UK-trained Osteopath, New Zealand trained Pilates rehab instructor & internationally recognised anatomy teacher Rachel Ellery, specializes in sharing her knowledge of human anatomy and movement principles to yoga students, yoga teachers, bodyworkers from around the world.
Her mantra “educating and moving the world one body at a time” stems from over 27 years of hands on experience and 18 years of teaching functional anatomy, bodywork techniques and movement. Her passion to heal others through touch and movement began while practicing sports therapy in the UK and Caribbean.
