Meditation for Anxious Minds is a FREE workshop by Lucy Foster-Perkins and Rachel Fearnley from The Whole Health Project that explores the connection between Meditation and anxiety.

This workshop is a mix of supportive information to deepen your understanding of the connection between the mind, body and anxiety, coupled with a short meditation practice for to support and soothe anxious minds. This practice can be used safely and effectively at home or if you ever find yourself needing to a bit of on-the-go support.
