1. Agreement

By using thewholehealthproject.co or buying any of our trainings or courses, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Whole Health Project is operated by Whole Health Solutions LLC.

2. Health disclaimer

Everything we teach, including breathwork, meditation, yin yoga, somatic practices and trauma-aware facilitation, is for educational purposes. It isn't medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it isn't a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. Take part at your own pace and your own risk. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, a history of serious mental health difficulty, or you're pregnant, speak to your doctor before doing any breath or movement practice. Stop any practice that doesn't feel right for you.

3. Scope of practice

Completing one of our trainings certifies you in what that training teaches. It doesn't qualify you to diagnose or treat any condition, and it doesn't replace professional licensing in your country. You're responsible for working within your own scope of practice and for any insurance your work requires.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are in US dollars. Payment plans, where offered, are a commitment to the full price paid in instalments.

Full trainings. The Breath Coach Training, Meditation Teacher Training, Yin Yoga Teacher Training and Somatic Foundations Facilitation Training, and any bundle of these, come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, email info@thewholehealthproject.co within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.

Everything else. The Trauma Aware Facilitation Training and our short courses (Your Inner Pharmacy, Heal Your Life, Rewire Your Nervous System) are delivered in full the moment you buy, so they're non-refundable. Please read the course description before you purchase.

5. Access and completion

Your access is personal to you and lasts for as long as the training exists. There's no deadline to complete. If we ever retire a training, anyone who hasn't yet certified will have six months' notice to finish. Live calls and community access run as described on each training's page.

6. Your content and ours

Course videos, workbooks, scripts, frameworks and materials belong to The Whole Health Project. You may use them for your own learning and, once certified, in your own practice with clients. You may not record, copy, share, resell or teach our course materials as a training of your own. Anything you share with us (reflections, feedback, testimonials) we may use to support you and, with your consent, to tell others about the training.

7. Community

Our student community is trauma-aware and supportive. We can remove anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive, without refund.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Whole Health Project and Whole Health Solutions LLC aren't liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of the site or from taking part in our practices, trainings or community.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
