1. Who we are

The Whole Health Project is operated by Whole Health Solutions LLC, a company registered in the United States. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you visit thewholehealthproject.co, take our quiz, join our mailing list, or purchase a training or course. If you have any questions, email us at info@thewholehealthproject.co.

2. What we collect

  • Identity and contact details: your name and email address, and your billing address when you buy something.
  • Payment details: processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Course activity: which lessons you've completed, so your progress is saved.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, and how you use the site, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Anything you choose to tell us in forms, surveys, reflections or emails.

3. How we use it

  • To deliver the trainings and courses you've bought and support you while you take them.
  • To send you the free practice, quiz result or training you asked for.
  • To send you emails about our trainings, practices and news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To show you relevant ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and to measure whether our ads work.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To issue certificates and keep the records our accrediting bodies require.
  • To comply with tax and legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services we use to run the business: Kajabi (our website, course platform and email system), Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google (analytics), Meta (advertising), Zoom (live calls), and the tools our team uses to support students. Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy and our agreements with them.

5. Where your data is stored

Our providers are based mainly in the United States. If you're in the UK or EU, this means your data is transferred outside your region. Our providers use recognised safeguards for these transfers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you're a student or subscriber, and afterwards only as long as we're required to for tax, accounting or accreditation purposes. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email on a suppression list so we don't contact you again.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UK and EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to object to marketing. To use any of these rights, email info@thewholehealthproject.co. We'll respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our trainings and courses are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
