Can’t make it live? Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording of the training. The live Q&A is only for people who attend live and won’t be recorded.
You’re in a session. Someone’s telling you what happened. And you can see it. The shoulders. The jaw. The way they’ve stopped blinking. Their body is saying something the words aren’t, and you don’t quite know how to get from what they’re saying to what’s actually happening in them.
So you stay with the story.
If that’s familiar, this training is for you.
What we’ll do in [DURATION] minutes
3. See what safe facilitation rests on, and why you don’t need to be a movement specialist to do it.
By the end you’ll know, in your body rather than in theory, what it means to gently guide someone from the story towards the messages from their body.
If you’re there live, stay on for a Q&A with us both. Bring the question you’ve never had anyone to ask. This part is live only. It isn’t recorded and it won’t be sent out afterwards.
Who it’s for
Therapists, counsellors, coaches, yoga and breathwork teachers, bodyworkers. Anyone who holds space for other people and wants to gently help them explore what’s underneath the story.
You don’t need a clinical background, and you don’t need to have taught movement.
Who we are
We’re Rachel Fearnley and Lucy Foster Perkins, co-founders of The Whole Health Project. We’ve trained over 2,000 practitioners, we’re the authors of Somatic Practices for Trauma, and everything we teach is trauma-aware from the ground up.
