Learn with teachers who make complex work feel grounded and practical.
“Learning from Rachel and Lucy has been a truly inspiring, empowering and healing experience. I’ve filled so many gaps in my knowledge.”
“An absolute gem and now a go-to tool in my healing and teaching toolkit… clear and free of jargon.”
The same grounded approach — now applied to bringing breath into work, care and education.
Meet Lucy.
Lucy Foster-Perkins is a co-founder of The Whole Health Project and will be facilitating this free workshop on bringing breath practices into workplace, care and education settings.
Her background spans breathwork, meditation, yoga and trauma-aware teaching, with a grounded, practical approach designed to make these tools easier to introduce safely and confidently.
Together, Rachel & Lucy have trained 2,000+ students across breathwork, meditation, somatics and facilitation.
Bring breath into everyday settings safely, simply and with confidence.
Introduce breath with intention
Learn the core principles for introducing breath and meditation practices so people understand what they are doing and why.
Keep the practice trauma-aware
Understand how choice, pacing and context can help you introduce practices without assuming the same approach works for everyone.
Make it work in real-world settings
Explore how to bring simple practices into workplaces, care environments and education without needing a formal breathwork session.
Take away 3 practical breath practices
Leave with three breath practices you can take away, practise and begin using in the settings you already work in.
“Everyone, take a deep breath.”
But what if that does not feel calming for everyone?
…what do you do instead?
Breath practices are simple. Introducing them well takes more thought.
It can be tempting to think that a useful breath practice is simply about telling people to breathe more deeply or slow things down. In real workplaces, classrooms and care settings, the context matters.
A trauma-aware approach considers choice, pacing, language and the people in the room — so the practice can support rather than pressure.
Simple principles and practices you can take into the environments where you already work.
