Join me for a short workshop and meditation practice specifically for anxious minds. I’ll talk through some easy-to-follow tips to help you to experience meditation wherever you are, and no matter how busy the mind is. This will be followed by a guided meditation with space for questions at the end.
My aim is that you leave with some tangible steps to start and continue a meditation practice that helps you to feel calmer and less anxious during the day.
