🌙 60hr Online Trauma Aware Yin Yoga Teacher Training

An immersive, transformative training in the art of teaching Yin Yoga—anchored in 5 Element Theory, meridian pathways, fascial anatomy, and trauma-aware facilitation.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Teach Yin Yoga in a way that’s safe, inclusive and relevant
  • Understand and work with the 12 meridians and the 5 Elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine
  • Use the breath to support regulation and release during yin practice
  • Understand the fascial system and how Yin supports long-term mobility and emotional health
  • Integrate mindfulness and meditation into your classes
  • Confidently hold space in a Yin class through the use of clear language, class structure and embodied presence
